ADM Facility Renovations and Expansion

&estimate provided site selection, concept, DD and CD level cost estimates for the 68,000 SF renovations and expansion for the ADM Facility in Decatur, IL. Our team worked closely with the process design and architectural teams to develop the scope and cost model for the large campus expansion project. This soy processing plant included new central utilities, four new structures and all new process equipment to more than double the facility’s output.
