Bowling Green State University, Nursing Renovation

&estimate provided SD, DD and CD level cost estimates for nursing renovations at Bowling Green State University. Our team developed value engineering initiatives and project alternatives, that resulted in bid day savings for the project. By collaboration with the Architect our team developed five (5) project alternates as part of the savings initiatives, and therefore was able to develop $1 Million in value management ideas in order to get the project to meet the established budget.
