City of Cleveland, New Police Headquarters

&estimate is assisting the City with cost estimating through the Programming Study for the new police headquarters. The new headquarters complex program is approximately 175,000 square feet of programmed office, training, lab and public spaces; 60,000 square feet of storage, and 2,000 square feet of firing range. In addition to cost estimating services, we provided a Program of Requirements and performed reconciliations with the developer-led project delivery.
