&estimate provided Concept, SD, DD, and CD level cost estimating services at for various phases to renovate over 8 floors of this Harry S. Truman Building. Major elements of this renovation were accomplished in phases to accommodate the 8,000 employees and visitors. We provided extensive VE services of the mechanical and electrical systems, fire, safety and telecommunications systems, security enhancements, modern public and employee workspaces, a renovated cafeteria and core and shell improvements, including corridors and public spaces and façade hardening and building envelope upgrades. &estimate also reconciled with the CMr to confirm project scope and validate costs.
