Penn State University, Deike Building Renovations

&estimate developed detailed SD estimates for what will become the foundation for the entire design phase of this project. Project details call for the renovation of 22,000 SF of space and creates three (3) cleanroom labs. Each cleanroom lab demands specific requirements and conditions be met, such as requiring no metal surfaces to exist in this highly corrosive environment. This project will be delivered using a “Target Value Design” (TVD) model, which is a collaborative design process involving designers, builders, suppliers, estimators and Owners who collaboratively produce a design that provides the best value for the Owner.
